Processing delays can differ according to the availability of the product. The processing delays will be specified upon the specification of shoe size. It ranges from 24 hours to 7 business days. Once your order has been shipped, the delivery delays will be of 24 hours for France and between 3 to 5 business days for foreign countries, depending on the destination.

Cost of delivery

The delivery is free for all orders within France.

Do the products arrive in their original packaging?

Yes all our products will be delivered to you in their original box accompanied by their accessories.
Example for a pair of Nike sneakers, you will receive your pair in its original Nike box, with the Nike tissue paper and the additional laces.

Dispatch and Delivery

How does the delivery work?

We deliver everywhere in France and throughout the world via DHL Express. After having
placed your order, you will receive an email of confirmation and then a tracking number once the
order has been shipped. Your parcel will be delivered to you by DHL Express and with arrive at
the address you have provided, requiring a signature from you upon delivery.

How do I track my parcel?

As you soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing you tracking number. This link will allow you to follow, in real time, the delivery of your order.

Why have I not received a tracking number?

Exchanges and Returns

Can I modify or cancel my order?

You can modify you cancel your order by contacting our customer service. Have your tracking number ready, which can be found on your confirmation email, and contact us at the following address: contact@chemtov.com or at this phone number: +33 7 49 00 83 65. If you wish to modify your order and that it’s price has changed, we will ask that you pay the difference or we will re-credit you the amount if applicable.

How can I exchange a product or get a refund?

You have fourteen (14) days after the reception of your order to ask a refund. Returns are free in Metropolitan France. Within this delay, it is possible to exchange or to get a refund your order.

How does one ask for a return?

Free Return To proceed with a return, you will have to submit a request to our customer service. You will then receive a link to program through DHL a retrieval of your parcel. Once your return is received by our offices, we will proceed to the verification of the conditions of the return product(s). The product(s) must not have been worn, damaged and must have the original packaging with the accessories. Following this verification, we will proceed to the modification or the refund of your order.

How do I choose the right size?

In a general manner, shoes from luxury brand usually size big. You can always refer yourself to your usual Nike shoe size. For models such as Yeezy and Air-Force 1, we invite you to consult our question “How do Yeezy’s size?” and “How do Air-Force 1 size?” for more specified information. A sizing guide is available on each sizing form and is available following the brand and model to help you choose the right shoe size. If you are doubtful, please do no hesitate to contact our service of experts, it will be our pleasure to assist you.

How do the Yeezy models cut?

The Yeezy Boost 350 V2 models, the Yeezy 450, the Yeezy 500, the Yeezy Boost 700, 700 V2 and 700 V3
slightly small. We recommend that you take half a stal
usual size.
The Yeezy 380, the Yeezy Desert Boot and the Yeezy Slide cut much smaller. We advise you
to take at least one size above your usual size.
The Yeezy 500 normally cut, we advise you to take your usual size.
