Return Policy
You have 14 working days after the reception of your order to request your return via the customer service. Within this period you will be able to exchange or get a refund.
Refunds :
1 - Make the request to our customer service: contact@chemtov.com
2 - Within 24 working days you will receive a link to schedule the recovery of your package by DHL.
3 - Once your return is received in our offices, we will proceed to the verification of the conditions of return.
It must not have been worn, must not be damaged, it must include the original packaging and accessories.
4 - Following this verification, we will proceed to the refund of your order.
The returns are free in France.
Returns outside France are at the customer's expense. We recommend you to use a carrier having a follow-up, if you wish it, you can communicate it to us by e-mail.

Reminder : Our pairs in "48h delivery" are in stock and deliverable under 48h working days and for the other pairs the delay of research is 2 weeks for the expedition. We will specify this information when you request an exchange.
